Eileen Yee

Ms.Eileen Yee has extensive experience in trust and estate planning, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. She has held senior roles in trust companies, private banks, multinational corporations, and law firms, managing high-value, complex trust structures and providing expert legal, tax, and corporate governance advice. She has served as a trust director at IQ EQ and other trust companies such as Zedra, Amicorp, and Padang Trust, and as a MAS-licensed resident manager in Singapore, actively involved in 13O and 13U tax incentive schemes for family offices. Eileen also oversees cross-border compliance matters, including MAS, IRAS, FATCA, and AEOI regulations.

Her legal experience spans Drew & Napier, UBS, and Merrill Lynch, advising on trusts, taxation, IPOs, corporate bonds, and M&A transactions. Ms. Yee is qualified as a lawyer in Singapore and as a barrister at Middle Temple, UK, and holds STEP (TEP) membership as well as diplomas in trust management and data protection. Her extensive cross-border trust and compliance expertise enables her to provide comprehensive, professional, and efficient legal and trust services to clients.
